  • Payment: Paid subscriptions are subject to the fees associated with the selected plan, which will be charged to the payment method you provide. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method through Stripe for the chosen plan.
  • Billing Cycle: Payments for the paid subscription are automatically billed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). Your subscription will renew automatically until cancelled, as outlined below.
  • Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for partial billing cycles or unused portions of the subscription period unless required by law. Please consider this before subscribing.

5. Cancellation and Renewal (Paid Version)

  • Automatic Renewal: Your paid subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it beforehand. You can view your subscription details and cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account at www.lukejmcgrath.com.
  • Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, log into your account, navigate to the “Subscription” section, and follow the instructions. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the paid content until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will revert to the free version, and premium access will no longer be available.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our newsletters, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and logos, is the property of Luke J McGrath or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.
